Featuring heritage variety rhubarb from our own gardens at Blake Hill and Honey Field Farm. We perform a hot, and then a long cold, infusion with apple cider vinegar to capture rhubarb's deliciously tart, fruity character, and then perfectly pair with pure raw honey for a hint of sweetness and a beautiful honey aroma finish.
